Virtual Yoga for all (Zoom)
This class is wonderful for new students and those with previous yoga experience. It introduces the unique yoga asana which provide a solid foundation to an existing yoga practice and can be used to enhance a yoga practice at any level. This is a progressive series that begins at the level 1 and sequentially covers 6 parts.

Beginner's Yoga
The beginner class series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, breath work, and an introduction to meditation. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals.

Intermediate Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa (“flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures (asanas) with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) standing and seated postures, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Each class includes Asanas (postures and stretches), Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation.

Master Level
This class is designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures and who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. At this point the student has begun to master connection of breath with movement. It is recommended that students interested in this course have the following:
Regular personal practice
Have developed body awareness
Have spoken to your instructor prior to taking this class to ensure your safety.
Once you have reached this level, we encourage you to speak to one of our instructors regarding Yoga Teacher Training, to deepen your practice. You do not have to teach after taking this course. In fact, many people choose to take this course for their own personal understanding and growth.

Sunrise Yoga
Jump start your day with a more challenging yoga asana sequence to awaken the energy in the body, followed with a pranayama (breathing) practice, and ending with a short meditation. This class helps bring clarity of mind and find inner balance for an all-day lasting effect.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props (pillows, blankets, bolsters) to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. This type of practice helps energize the body and restore flexibility. It helps de-stress and release tension from the body. This class is wonderful for new and experienced students.

Raj Yoga Course ( Yoga Philosophy, Chakras &Kundalini)
REQUIREMENT: You must be enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Silver Sneakers in Studio and Zoom (Virtual)
This gentle class uses both the yoga mat and a chair and is designed for relaxation. You will experience deep, rhythmic breathing accompanied by simple stretches in a safe and comfortable setting. When the mind quiets down and your body resolves patterns of tension, then harmony and well-being are naturally restored. Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. Once you register for this class, you will receive a Zoom link to join our virtual room. This is a chair based yoga class that can involve sitting or standing.

Meditation Class
We will review appropriate sitting postures for meditation. We will also explore what meditation is and what it is not. We will focus on breath awareness and body sensations to establish a regular practice.

Senior Yoga
This gentle yoga helps you understand how to move and stretch in a way that is safe and most beneficial to you and your body. Students are welcome to practice in the comfort of their chairs at home to ensure stability if necessary. Join Kailash in this fun class!
