On a mission to make tools for mental, emotional, and physical health accessible for all, Kailash studied Yoga in Daily life extensively in India. She studied Yoga Alliance certification in the USA. She has also attended international seminars around the world. Kailash has practiced yoga since childhood in India, and follows Guru Parampara lineage. She is an energetic authentic certified yoga teacher with many years of experience. In her classes, you will experience authentic Raja (eight principal of yoga) and Hatha practices that include meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) that help purify the nervous system, she hosts the YouTube channel “Kailash Devi Purohit”, Kailash provide high quality practices on yoga and mindfulness and self-realization to support and inspire people of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds across the globe. With a deep reverence and respect for yoga philosophy, Kailash combines studies of traditional yoga and yoga philosophy with, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga alignment, developmental movement, and mindfulness application for the modern day. She is a master Yoga Teacher for Yoga Teachers Training. Kailash teaches a variety of classes which include viniyasa sequience, chair yoga, yoga for back pain, senior yoga, yoga for children. Karma yoga, bhakti yoga and more. She in English and Sanskrit She has a BS degree in Biology from India and business management, religion, health and wellness degree from the University of North Georgia.

    Dinesh is a warm hearted, caring yoga teacher. You will come out of his classes feeling relaxed and refreshed. His aim is to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of his classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana practice, his goal is to have all students leave his classes feeling more refreshed and renewed. He teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the student experience the benefits of yoga. His classes are always challenging physically and mentally, delivered in English and Sanskrit with uplifting music. His aim is to live a yoga lifestyle and lead his classes in a way that reflects that choice. He also specializes in Kundalini Yoga.

    Prempuja has been teaching Yoga in Daily Life for more than 23 years. She has studied Yoga in Daily Life extensively in India as well as through international seminars around the world. She teaches a variety of classes from beginner classes to advanced ones. She specializes in yoga for back pain, yoga for diabetes, meditation and yoga philosophy.

    Tammy is a former CPA (accountant) turned Yogi. As a teacher of students in various stages of life and experience levels, her teaching combines asana, meditation, guided relaxation and pranayama. She strives to help her students develop self awareness and connect with their inner being. Her classes share her passion for Yoga’s overall Science of Healing and Self-Mastery.

  • Zeenat Wise

    Zeenat has worked in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation since 1988. She has worked in hospitals and the community in outpatient therapy clinics. She is a certified Lumphodema Therapist as well as certified in LSVT-BIG for treatment of Parkinsons.

    Samir has a Masters in Law. He has also been practicing yoga since childhood. He has been teaching Yoga in Daily Life for 5 years. He has studied yoga extensively in the USA as well as through international seminars. He teaches a variety of classes from beginning to master level yoga. He takes care of our marketing and enjoys teaching yoga philosophy.

    Megha has been practicing yoga since childhood and teaching Yoga in Daily Life in her spare time for 10 years. She has studied the Yoga in Daily Life System and a variety of Yoga.

    Amy began her yoga journey in 2010 while in search of something to help relieve chronic back pain and anxiety. Yoga has helped her learn the importance of breathing, body awareness, self-love and patience. The many elements of yoga have drastically improved her quality of life and because of that, she wishes to share its wonderful gifts with those who seek good health. Her classes emphasize breathing and mindfulness, and are perfect for beginners. She aims to share her love of yoga and its benefits, with the hope of encouraging others to connect with themselves at a deeper level.
